I’ve watched many YouTube videos/tutorials, but I just can’t seem to figure it out. introducing new colors and knotting with them is fine, but idk how to get the original color back and just switch colors in general

When you switch colours normally you get the colour you want you then drag that behind the string your going to be knotting on then you lift the string that you were knotting with and lift it up in front of the pattern you are making then you get the coloured string that you’re going to be knotting with and do half a forward knot or backwards knot (depending on what row you are on and after you lift that up beside the old string you were working with and lift up the old string you we’re working with and put it horizontally over the half a knot so that it’s through the knot you’re about to finish then you get the string that you are going to be working with and finish the knot with it then you put the string that is through that knot and put it under all the strings in front of the knot Or do you mean to switch colours at the end of a row? |
