After you submitted your patterns, they first will need to be reviewed by a moderator. This will day less than 24 hours. After they're reviewed, they'll either be accepted or declined. If they're accepted, they'll appear on your profile. If they are declined, they'll go back to your drafts and you can make changes to them and resubmit them for review.
