Is this about alphas or normals?You can repeat normals until they reach the desired length. For alphas it depends on how many rows the pattern has. If you've made an alpha before, you can just measure how long a certain amount of rows is for you. |

It is for an Alpha . I need the bracelet to be 4 1/2 inches . So I was wandering that beside the number of rows if there was a way to know the length.So I can estimate how many rows to take out |

I would recommend that you tie a little test swatch. How long a certain amount of rows is depends on the materials used and how tight you knot.
