Hello! I used to make bracelets a while ago when I was a little younger, but never got past a simple staircase and diagonal bracelet. I’m trying to get back into it, what should I try to work on first? Thanks!! |

If I were you I’d try chevrons first and then bordered chevrons. Those will teach you three more types of knots which will come in handy for more complicated patterns in the future. They are also relatively simple. Good luck!

Thank you both for the help! :] I’ve successfully completed my first chevron, and it looks awesome! Still struggling with the b-f and f-b knots, but for now I’m just checking out patterns that follow the two basic knots. Thanks for the recommendations!

@PennyR I would do tie offs but it you know how to do triangle ends just do half of that with tie offs but keep in mind whatever half you do will tell if you will be doing forward or backward knots to make it.
