I've been struggling with keeping my bracelets straight but it's pretty hard for me especially when there's a lot of side color switches :// I obviously use the straight edges technic but it's not enough. Any tips and tricks ans stuff like that? I'd appreaciate a little help 😄

If it’s is an alpha pattern, I would suggest making looser knots. Also, if you are a beginner bracelet maker, I would stick to alpha patterns with under 2 or 3 colors.

Whether you're knotting an alpha or a normal pattern, I'd recommend you try to knot close to whatever you're using to secure your projects down (like a clip, or tape, or whatever it is you're using). If you're knotting an alpha, it also helps to have a ruler to help you push each row to straighten them whenever you reach the end of a line.

It could be a tension issue. For a while, all my bracelets were crooked because I was tying my forward knots tighter than my backward ones. Try doing a chevron, alternating between forward and backward knots for the center--if it still ends up curving, you have a differing knot tension issue.
