can you rate patterns by 1 star?

i added this newbie up here because i would like to know that if you are a bracelet king then can you rate patterns by 1 star (i don't want to rate any patterns by 1 star because i feel that it is a mean thing to do. also all the patterns up here are amazing!!! 😍)

You can rate patterns 1 star when you are a higher rank. But most of the time when people rate 1 star, it is by accident.

I mean you can rate 1 star when you are a high rank like Bracelet King or Professional.

@KrazyKnotz OK thanks! 🤔i thought that the lowest you could go with ratings when your a professional was 2 stars 🤔
