I'm new to making alpha bracelets, I watched a couple of tutorials for the straight-edge technique and I know how to do it. My question is do I have to do the straight-edge technique every time I start a new row? I need help asap 🤔 🤔

yes. at the end of every row you have to use the straight edges technique for it to be affective (:

You have to start and end each row with a fb or bf knot. If you end a row with a fb or bf knot, but don't start the next row with one, you'll be missing knots at the edges.
