At the top for example to dimensions are 5x44 is the 5 strings of 44 inches or 44cm

The dimensions are the amount of knots per row (amount of base strings in an alpha) and the amounts of rows in a pattern. How big the bracelet turns out in the end depends on which materials you use and how tight you knot.If you have made an alpha before, you can figure out how long your base strings need to be based on the amount of rows the pattern has. |
