Why are there many holes in my bracelet I am making I think there is many reasons but if anyone could direct me to the right cause so I could fix it that would be very appreciated!

It could be that you are making your knots too loose. Make sure to pull the first half of the knot tightly before making the second half.

also when you are making your knot, pull upwards instead of from the side
