I would say DMC is probably the best brand, but I also like J&P Coats which I buy from Walmart, and Prism which I buy from Joann.

i use dmc, iris (hobby lobby) and loops and threads (michaels). then i bought a 96 pack of black and white off of amazon. i tend to use dmc for alphas so they look nicer and the other random thread i bought ages ago for normals cause they need more string.

I use dmc, and J&P coats. I like dmc better, the quality just seems nicer to me. So I'd say you're good

I use Optiag and Soledi because they're cheap and do what they're supposed to. I also like Anchor, but they're very expensive so I just buy colours of those that I can't get elsewhere.DMC does not seem to be sold in Europe (or at least not in any local or online shops I frequent), so I can't say much about that. |

I like using any sort of embroidery floss, but if I can’t find any, I’ll use craft cord 🙂

I use Anchor embroidery floss, they are pretty great with fast colours.
