For example if my bracelet grid says to have this color there and the other there. Does it matter?? Sorry if this doesn’t make sense, I don’t know how to explain it.

yes it does matter if you switch some colours then in the bracelet it will also change but you can choose your own colours just keep them in the same order ❤️i hope you get it now

here's a tip for anyone who's doing a candy stripe bracelet or a chevron bracelet, say you forget which order your colors are supposed to go in. take a notebook, write your color orders down. (Or just take a small piece of the string colors and tape it down on the notebook) then number your colors 1-whatever (above or under the strings) when you finish that row, the first color will go last, and the second color will be first, and then so on for the next rows of color. so for an example( my color order is: red, blue, green, yellow, and purple)
so thats 1-5, say i finished the red row, red goes to the back then blue goes to the front. color order now: blue, green, yellow, purple, RED) when you finiish that row blue will be last and green will be first (green, yellow, purple, red, blue)

once you finish the first row of every color you can jus start again by looking at the bracelet for the color orders
