How to change the colors in a pattern

For example, in #125442 the color D is in 4 strings, but I need to change the colors in 2 of those strings

I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but if you click "add a variation" you can adjust the colors to see how it will come out.

If you mean that you need more string for two of the four strings, since they are the same color, just FB or BF with the longer strings onto the shorter ones when yhe intersect next and continue knotting with the longer ones. If the shorter ones are too short to reach the end of the bracelet, then you need to add string overall and there are youtube videos that show you how.If you want to make two of the strings a different color, then click add variation at the top of the page. It will open the pattern in the generator and click on interactive normal and you can change the colors of each individual string. |
