In order to send friend requests to other users, you have to rank up first. You can rank up by being active on braceletbook. The higher your rank, the more privileges you earn.But you can accept friend requests by others. So if you want to be friends with someone, either you wait until you can send them a friend request yourself or you could send them a message asking them to send you a friend request. |
