If I need 16 strings do I cut 8 and fold them in half to make 16 or do I cut 16 strings and fold them in half?

this depends on how you want to start your bracelet! if you plan on making a loop or fancy start, the you’re gonna want to make 8 long strings and fold them. if you want to tape down the strings and go back and add ties on the top after you’ve finished making the bracelet, you’ll want to use 16 strings unfolded.
