Hey, what kind of knots do you do with alphas, some say you only do one knot and others say you do two knots. Would help me a lot, thank you in advance.

When going to the right do 2 forward knots (shaped like a 4). When going to the left do 2 backwards knots (shaped like a P/ backwards 4)

If you do the straight edges technique you will use all 4 knots.
