I am trying to make a wall hanging but I am unable to match the HEX codes to my colors. How do I match it?

I know there are charts online for which dmc colour corresponds with with hex code. I'm sure that something like that is also available for other brands.Most people just try to match the colours as close as possible by eye or they choose colours that are different but that they like. |
