The knots on the front of my bracelet looks ok, but the dots on the back are folded up and tied on top of each other. How can I make them consistent?

There is a clean-back alpha technique, but the reality with most alphas is that your front is always going to be the pretty side that people tend to look at. My alphas, for example, always look atrocious on the back. Its just their nature 🤷♂️

It is normal that the front and back look different from each other due to the structure of the knots. If you want the backside to look nicer, you could make your knots so that your front side looks like the backside of the knots usually does. To achieve that instead of crossing the string with which you are knotting over the string onto which you are knotting, crossing it under that string instead. This way you can make sure that this side looks nice. I'm not sure, if this might negatively affect the other side, but I recommend to just try it out 🙂
