On the bottom of the page are some buttons. One of them says "users", there you can search for users ; )

If you're searching for your friends you can go into your profile and click on the 'friends' section. If looking for a specific user that you are not friends with, you can look at the bottom of the page that you are on and click on 'users'.

In addition to what others have said, if you remember the user's name, or parts of their name, after selecting "users" at the bottom of the page, you can type in the top right corner any parts of the username that you remember to help you find them faster 🙂
