I’m not really all that new to bracelet making but I could use some pointers for making good alpha bracelets. I’ve only made normals and wanted to try alphas

If you don't already know there is two techniques used for alphas1. Straight edge technique 2. Flat alpha technique You can find videos on youtube about these but they really enhance alpha patterns Also making sure to always count the amount of string is important and making sure you have enough string another tip is always pushing up rows I used my hand but I know some people use rulers or other things |

how do i read an alpha pattern? like it has the horizontal arrows so is that 2 fwd knots like a diagonal arrow?

@sofia-leo I recommend watching a video tutorial on it for example the one by MashaKnots about the flat alpha technique. There you'll learn everything that you need to know! 😄
