Hi I usually only make normals but today I wanted to try alphas. Does anyone have any really easy alphas I could try?

Anything small-ish with 2 colors tends to be on the easier side.
#7624 was my first alpha...Didn't turn out very good 😂
#1654 was another of my first alphas, there is many wonderful patterns to start with! Good luck, hope this helped! 🙂

#130371 is very cute, not too big and doesn't have crazy colour changes while still having colour changes on the edge, so you get good practice while not being overwhelmed. 🙂

Anything that has big blocks or longer rows of color and perhaps not a lot of color switches can be a good place to start 🙂
2 strings like someone else said is great as well.

#13612 is very detailed despite only being 2 colors! There's also a much bigger alternative as well #13611

#38672 and #87658 are popular starters.

#92792 is a nice beginner multicolored.

#51126 has a lot of color switches, but the rows are nice and long.

I also like the ones the other two users suggested!
But I suggest for #130371 to maybe tie it from the top of the sunset to the bottom so that you aren't switching colors too much, if that makes sense!

I highly recommend #11574, it gives you practice switching colors, and even if you manage to mess it up it still turns out good

honestly for good beginner alphas would be any of the patterns that are 2-4 colors as it helps you get used to the technique unique to alphas like changing colors other than that i say go for any patterns that speaks to you and motivates you because if you really like the pattern you'll have fun with it. maybe pick patterns that dont have immediate color switches right next to each others so choose patterns that are simple and have very general shapes like dont go for the starry night pattern 😂
