I've never tried the app, but I think you need to be on the website. To create a pattern on the website you hover over your profile until the options drop down, the first one is "Create patterns". 🙂

HI I think your only able to create patterns on website. on website just hover about your age and a drop down bar should appear with a category called create patters good luck!!
