Every singly time I try to make an alpha, I have to re tape it down like 700 times because the tape just doesn't stick. Idk if I'm doing something wrong, or if there's better tape out there, but what do you guys use?? Also, I'm looking to buy string in bulk, any suggestions? Thanks a bunch! 👍

If you want to stay using tape, you can use two pieces of tape instead. You take one piece and form a ring, so that the ring is sticky on the outside. You tape down this one first, so that you can put your strings on the sticky surface. Then you put the second piece of tape over it.

Personally I use binder clips now, because in my opinion they are much stronger than tape, they don't loose their power over time and you can easily readjust them.

I usually pull downward on my knots rather that upward which doesn't lift the bracelet as much, which helps. I usually use washi tape cause it's not as rough on the strings. I put one across my bracelet then two vertical on the sides to hold it which usually helps 🙂

I reccomend scotch shipping tape because it really stays down and holds my bracelet well.

you can also use a clipboard, which is what i used to do, and if you get the ones that open up you can store string, scissors, etc
