Hi there ❤️I have been doing bracelets for a while now and Im confident in regular bracelet-making. I just started alphas and its absolutely dreadful 😂 Whenever I switch colors the knots look more like / slashes then * actual knots, and previous colors are incorporated where they shouldn't be. Any suggestions???? 🤔 |

I think what you're describing is also how my knots on color changes look at first. After the knot is done, try pulling on the string of the color that is peaking through and shouldn't be visible, while pulling the base strings taunt. Either pull downward or upward - whatever helps. It's usually easier to pull into a good position for all the strings if there are one or two knots done after the color switch, but that might not always be possible if you have to use the color you switched out again.Maybe you have a different problem, though, I'm not sure. |
