I really want to make a tutorial but I can work out how. Do u have to be a certain level to achieve the privilege to make tutorials? Can anyone help me🤷🏼♀️

Picture tutorials need to be arranged with admin. Video tutorials you hit add video on the pattern you wish to upload for and copy in the YouTube URL for your pattern
