Do you mean a reward? You can see it when you go to your profile. It’s the little number right next to your profile picture. You get them for participating in the official challenges. You don’t win a physical thing just having that number in your profile.

The gift is a 'reward' which is the number next to your profile photo on your profile. Rewards can help you level up.

the number above your profile photo tells you how many rewards you have already receaved ( you get them by participating at the official challenges
