How do I start an alpha so it can be a keychain and a bracelet?

I’m planning on making pattern #71922 but I can’t figure out how to start the bracelet. This is because I want to be able to wear it as a bracelet but I also want to be able to use it as a keychain. Does anyone have any tips? I also plan on adding it to a keyring if that helps but I just can’t figure out how to start the bracelet |

i would suggest to make a loop 🙂 this way you can add a ring for a keychain or tie the ends around your wrist !

a loop would definitely work! if you have a d ring then you could also attach that to the start of your bracelet and tie the ends to that.

A stitched loop could definitely work. Type in stitched loop on the tutorial section of braceletbook. I guarantee there are tons of helpful videos to help guide you.
