How do I make a pattern like the one I am wanting I’m trying to make a Pattern and it’s a triangle then an upside down triangle and it repeats with different colors Can someone give me help on how to make it or make it please😊

I’m guessing you’re wanting the upside down triangle to be a different color from the regular one since otherwise that would be a diamond. But basically if you’re able to make the first triangle then you would reverse the pattern to make the upside down one and to get a different color where you’re wanting you could use a fb knot so you get different color triangles. I’ll play around a bit on the pattern generator and see if I can come up with something like you want.

Follow it like a watermelon pattern like with the triangles but just change the triangles to solid colors I want 4 one teal one light purple one yellow and one light green hope I’m not asking for to much☺️

I wasn’t able to make the triangles like the watermelon pattern it’s more of zig zags. I submitted it so you can see it if it gets approved. I don’t know if someone else would be able to make a pattern more like you’re wanting I’m just not able to right now 😬 you could also try making an alpha pattern. That may get you more of what you’re looking for

I’m having a hard time when I do a chevron and an upside down chevron like 26424. Is there a reason that the v shape looks better than the ^ shape? How can I work on fixing this for the future?

@ecote8 Mostly it’s just practice. Try loosening your knots then try tightening them and see what makes it look better. I do prefer regular chevrons because they do look better. It could be that with the inverted chevron since there’s less knots on the outside then the knot tension can get messed up more so just pay attention to that and try to move the knots to where you want them to be. I know this isn’t incredibly helpful but hopefully it gives a couple things to think about and if you have more questions let me know!!
