I wanted to make an alpha pattern for the first time now I already know if you have a pattern dimensions 9x35, strings 10 and 3 colors that you then have to cut 9 threads and then put the 10 thread separately next to it or I will take it as still wrong and how do you make a triangular end with an alpha pattern who can show me a good answer, or a video of it. thanks in advance

If you are making your first alpha I wouldn't recommend using a triangle end as it can make your rows wonky if you aren't already experience in keeping them straight. What you can do instead is tape down your strings and leave some to braid after you have finished the bracelet.

Once you have made a couple of alphas using this start it should then be a bit easier to try triangle ends, Masha knots has a tutorial for this on YouTube (:

For this pattern you need 9 base strings and 3 different leading strings. You don't need 10 strings that you lay to the side at any point.

dimensions 9x35 Strings 10 and colors 3 why is this there then is unclear to me. since then I can leave out one string. I now understand how to use those 3 colors. but for the rest of the alpha pattern it is still unclear to me in the beginning I make a knot so that I can make a braid in it at the end.

I think there is a little miscommunication here. The way the original post is phrased implies you cut 9 strings and then another 10 and set 10 threads aside making 19 strings! When instead, I think what you meant was cutting 9 strings and putting only the last, 10th string to the side. 9 base strings plus 1 knotting string is correct.

however, I wouldn’t advise starting an alpha with a knot or doing your first alpha with a triangle start as both things do not make it easy to make lines straight. If you really want to give it a go, Masha Knots and Alex’s innovations both on YouTube have tutorials I believe.
