how long should alpha patterns for bracelets be?

I'm designing some alpha bracelets now and I got a notification that my pattern is awfully big (it's 16 x 173) and I'm wondering now how many lines an alpha pattern should be around to make wearable bracelets? And side note: do you think the moderators would approve a pattern this long if I planned it to be the kind of bracelet you wrap around your wrist twice? Thanks for your help!

I try to make my alpha bracelet patterns around 85 rows long.Yes, we moderators accept patterns that long. We generally only decline patterns, if it seems unnecessary that they are that big. If you write in the review notes, that it is meant to be wrapped around the wrist twice, it should not be declined for that reason. |
