Sry. Masha knots has one. And for making bracelets and keychains more square it’s like hard because your knots are usally longer than a square and the pattern so maybe trying to make a pattern that is squished a bit more so there’s room for it to stretch out if that makes sense

If you want to make your knots more round/square rather than long, I would recommend trying to loosen your knot tension as this helped me. I've also heard that some other people found that a tighter tension works so just generally experiment with how loose or tight you are pulling the string when you make knots.
