Hi, I think you’re talking about alphas where they have straight arrows like these ➡️⬅️ These are just normal forward and backward knots. They’re only straight because alphas have straight across rows. 🥰 hope this helps!

I recommend checking out MashaKnots' video on the flat alpha technique. Alphas work a little different than normals even though they have the same knots.
