Hello! So whenever I see pics of bracelet submissions, videos on YouTube and even on tiktok- i don’t know how to word it but the patterns looks so clean and even

But mine look bumpy and kinda messy- is it the way I do my knots? Is it a beginner thing? (I use embroidery threat)

Hey ! I think that every beginner have gone through this I remember mine used to look so messy, and you couldn't really understand what the pattern was but what I would suggest you is to keep practicing for sure

another issues to why it could be bumpy is because your knots may not be the same size and some you might make them more loose and others more tight, and this make them not all the same size which make the bracelet look more bumpy

I remember that the way I learned how to make my bracelet more neat is by making the chevron pattern or candy strip a lot, so I learned to make my knots the same size over and over again and this practice helped me a lot

you can also try to make your bracelet edges look more neat by using the straight edges technique, which you can find a tutorial on masha knots channel
