I'm currently making a keychain and while I'm knitting it, I realized it's curving towards the edges kinda like a stretched out "U" and I don't understand why or what's wrong

with the rows you have already done try to push the central knots up with a ruler. If you are using the straight edge technique, make sure you are making one knot at the edge to finish the current row and another one of the same to start the next row, and my last suggestion would be in the next rows try to loosen up your knots and keep pushing every row with the ruler, this should make each row a bit more stright than the one before
