ok, maybe i'm stupid or something, but i really don't get it how i'm supposed to fill in the colomn where it ask's "date of birth". Somebody please help me, how am i supposed to write it right?!

To enter your date or birth you should use the American date format which is MM/DD/YYYYFor example, if your birth date was the 23rd of January 2004, then you would type 01/23/2004 I hope that helps |
