Can I add pictures of bracelets without a pattern?

I've made some cool bracelets that i'd like to share that I have free handed, or I have made that have been declined on the site. I haven't tried to post any pictures, but I do notice that all of them have a pattern number associated with them. Should I just make an easy pattern an add the other bracelet in with it and deal my patterns on the bracelet black market if someone wants to make it?
