Strings becoming tangled

Whenever I make a bracelet my strings get all out of order and it have to find each string for every knot. Also when I make a knot, the other strings get in the way so my knot can’t go all the way up (idk how to explain it).

hi. so when I make a bracelet, I like to separate the strings a little so that they are not close to where im making the knot. idk if that makes sense but I had the same problem when I was making bracelets and that helped!

This usually happens to me. I would recommend using a clipboard and also having an open workspace where things won’t get in the way. Section all your strings and separate them. it does take some time away but it makes the process much easier also if you use a clipboard you can clip or glue a piece of felt to the clipboard and the felt will help stick the strings in place while you knot. When your strings do tangle and make a knot be gentle and don’t pull so hard slowly pull at the strings until the bunch goes away.
