Like while your creating them or when you submit the to the site? If you just submitted it to the site it will go through the Moderators before it gets put on the site. And while it is being submitted you can’t see it. If it is while your creating it going into the create pattern tab and it will show you all the ones you are currently working on creating.

you can’t view your patterns until they’ve been accepted by a moderator/super moderator, once they have, you can view them on ur profile.
