The due date is the last date you can post it. You can also post it before that. But if you are unsure, ask on the challenge you are participating in.

almost all challenges allow you to post before the deadline. but if something looks confusing, just ask the challenge owner!

The due date for challenge pics is the last day that the host will accept photos. So I would recomend that you submit them before the due date so that there is a higer chance that they will see it
