I have saved my pattern and published it but now i cant find it anywhere

You have to wait for the moderators to accept it first. When you press "submit to site", you're submitting the pattern to be reviewed. You'll get a notification when it's accepted (usually the same or next day), which will have a link (the pattern number). You'll also be able to find it on your profile at that point
