If you are folding your strings in half just add another string and keep it on the outside, do either a fb or a bf before bringing your strings toward the middle

To make your edges straight, on the left side do forward/backward knots and on the right side for backward/forward knots!

some bracelets u can use straight edges on, but i do not like the technique after trying, it makes them curl
