Hi I’m a beginner and I don’t understand patterns the have
Like a string going down and then knots for instance #110130 there lines going down and I don’t know what that’s called and how to make thins type of bracket pls help me is there a vid for it?

So that is basically saying that no knots go there, there are some photos on these patterns to show you what they look like, #20245 #17226 #124836, and this pattern has a video showing how to do so, #52643.
For your specific pattern going from left to right, the first row you would follow like any other pattern. For rows 2,3, and 4 I would personally leave a little bit of string between knots, but I don't quite know what is happening there. On row 5 take the first 2 strings and do a forwards backward knot, then do nothing on the following 4 strings, on the last 2 strings create a backwards forwards knot. On row 6 don't do anything on the first string, take the second and third string and tie a backwards forward knot, then do nothing on the following two strings, on strings 6 and 7, tie a forward backwards knot, then do nothing on the last string. You would then repeat these steps to continue the pattern!
