Hey! I am making pattern #70671 at the moment, I would like to end it off with a triangle ending, but I don't want the ending to be a solid color. Is there a way to keep the pattern with the ending on an Alpha?

I think you could try experimenting with a similar methodology of a triangle end on a normal pattern that keeps the pattern and you border it, then gather all of the strings together at the end for the ending. Most of the normal patterns I have done have an even number of base strings, like the pattern you mentioned, so I would suggest leaving out a string each time you "go across the string" -i.e. the ending will look like this:
(I used k for a regular knot, - for no knot/string(s) being left out)
k k k k k k k k
- k k k k k k -
- - k k k k - -
- - - k k - - -
at this point you would then do the typical backward or forward knots with the next "loose/removed" string onto the growing bundle of strings (depending on the side you are on) to get the borders of the end portion. You'll end up with two bundles of string that you can do whatever you want with (braid, twist, etc.) and then tie off to finish your bracelet. For any colors that you are knotting over your base strings, you'll use them the same way as you have been in the rest of the bracelet, and the bordering at the end of the bracelet should help clean up the strings on any of the edges as well.

If you are unfamiliar with this triangle technique that I have been talking about here is a link/name for a bracelet book tutorial on it, so you have a better visual: how to make triangle ends by halokiwi (link: https://www.braceletbook.com/tutorials/98_how-to-make-triangle-ends/)

Hope this helps! Please @ me or dm me if you have more questions or if this doesn't make sense!

Happy knotting 🙂
