How long does it take to get good at doing alphas?

Hey, how long does it take to get good at alphas? I have not made one before and people have said they are hard and I am not sure if I want to do one just yet. Can anyone answer this?Thanks 🙂 |

in my experience it only took a couple small alphas to make for me to get good that them. i would recommend for your first one to use a pattern that only has 2 or 3 colors and once you get good at that then move on to more colors. in my opinion they aren’t that hard they just take a little more time and effort in making. just like anything it just takes a little practice to get good at color switching and how hard you knot your strings🙂

hi! i think if you are going to be “good” at alphas quite quick if you have consistently good normal pattern. however , like everything, practice makes permanent. masha knots had a very good tutorial on her youtube! 😊 some easy alphas include #17868 #57904 #69579 and #24569. hope this helps!
