I’m not completely sure because I haven’t done it myself, but I think you need to do it on a computer because I can not find it on the app on my phone. When I am using BraceletBook on my computer, I can see an option to make a pattern.

You are only able to create patterns and variations on the website. Doing them on the app is currently unavailable

You can also use the website on your phone and create patterns there too.
