What perks if any do you get from leveling up to a skiller?

I just leveled up to a skiller and in my notification box it said: "Rank increased- Your rank is now Skiller! The higher rank, the more privileges you have." So what are the new privileges I unlocked from leveling up?

I think you can friend people now, but I'm not sure. Most of the time when you level up there is no difference to what "perks" you get.

Actually @Megan1029 and @Chica2020 when you level up to advanced you get to friend people. But as you can see I don't know what skiller's get to do, but someone who is like a moderator or something will know so you should @ one of them and see.
