What keychains should I buy?

I want to make keychains but I don’t know what kind I should buy. Also what are the kind of keychains where it’s a crescent moon and you just use the lark head knot to attach the strings?

these are the ones I use off of amazon. sometimes they're called lobster claw clasps, swivel clasps, and swivel snap hooks. those are all of the names I've seen. I"m sorry that this link is so long. i like the D ones with the swivel clip and put the lark knots on the straight edge

You can also make keyrings on the classic circular keyring rings too! Although they are better for normal pattern keyrings. On my profile, the second photo (at the moment) of #49127 shows this technique (Although I used a wooden dowel to take a pic which makes it less clear). You make a tiny loop at the top (8 forward-backward knots in this case), then use triangle starts and make the small keyring. Then when it's finished, you can put it on the circle ring. The D-rings are better for alpha patterns or bigger keyrings though.

I use "D Rings". The ones with the clip are much more expensive and as long as you already have a key ring on your keys, you can attach it!
