Mixing thread dmc and l&t

If I mixed regular on the shelf individual dmc thread and mixed it with loops and threads pre packed thread, how bad would the different sizes of the knots change and the neatness be

I've never mixed these two brands, but I have mixed different brands. For me it hasn't been an issue so far, but I also mainly make normals where I think it doesn't make as much of a difference.My recommendation would be to just try it and and see what happens. But I'm sure someone will have used these two threads together and will be able to tell you how exactly these two behave. |

@peanutsv, I mix DMC and loops and threads all the time, and I've never had an issue! I often buy a different shade of DMC for the background color, then use loops and threads for all the elements. (For reference, the last two pictures on my profile were made using a mix of the two brands).
