everytime i make a wallhanging my edge’s never seem to stay staight ive been making alphas more a while and i have the right knotting tension which make bracelets and keychain staight but not walhangings 😭 i use tap which helps a little with staighting the edges but not alot. does anyone have any suggestions pls?

Do you use the straight edge technique? I’ve never used it because I always forget, but it seems to work. Also, try to hold the edge when you are doing a color switch on it so it doesn’t bend back or get weird and tight. Other than that I would just check out Masha knots or Kinsey b. They are the YouTubers I find most helpful. Sorry if this doesn’t help, but I hope it does! |

@_Ederle_ im working on this wave wall hanging i cant rember the pattern number. i been using staight edge technique it works but it doesnt stop it from getting smaller i keep having to pull on edges to make them even its kind of working thank you for the tips 😁

I think you might be pulling the loose unused leading strings in the back too tight. Make sure you don't pull them too tight. Alternatively you can also just cut them.

you can use a ruler to to keep the edges straight!
