If I want to make a bracelet with someone’s name on it how do I go about that?

Sorry *an alpha pattern with the name in the font you want to make it. Next you want to save the pattern, but don’t submit it!

You can do this in two different ways

Go to "patterns" and search for the keywords "font" "alphabet" "letters" and pick a pattern you like. Just take the letters from that pattern to knot your name bracelet. If you need an exact pattern, you can either copy all your letters onto a piece of graph paper or into the alpha pattern generator in "draw alpha". If you do it in the pattern generator, keep in mind to not submit the pattern, because we don't accept custom name or simple word patterns anymore

The second way is the way already mentioned: go to the alpha pattern generator, go to "write alpha", pick one of the three pre-set fonts and put your name in. Again, don't submit the pattern, because it won't get accepted.

To get to the pattern generator, you need to be on the website. When you hover over your username on the top right (computer) or click on it (phone), there's a drop-down menu in which you pick the option "create patterns"

Most people will do an alpha pattern, but you can also do a normal pattern. There are font patterns for normal patterns too. Just limit the pattern type to "normals" when searching for patterns.
