Hey, I just had a question in terms of copyright. So when people put bracelet patterns up on this site, it is with the intent of sharing and letting other people make them. So you could make them for yourself or a friend or someone else. If you stole a pattern, say copied it and put your name on it, that would obviously be plagiarism and be wrong. But what about selling bracelets? For example if I made a bracelet for my neighbour and they gave me $5 in exchange, would that be theft or would it not matter that I got the pattern from this site? Or would it only matter if I didn’t site the person who made the pattern? Thanks |

im pretty sure that’s when you post a pattern, the box that needs to be clicked allows people to sell them but i’m not entirely sure

Selling bracelets made from the patterns is alright, but selling the patterns itself is not allowed. Some people ask the creator of the pattern, if it is alright for them to sell bracelets made from their pattern. I think that's nice of them to do, but it isn't really necessary. |
